Fees
Jeannette Alilou determines the fees in advance with the Customer, seamlessly, allowing a perfect cost control. Fees may vary depending on the time spent, the difficulty of the case or of economic and financial issues.
Multiple billing modes are available:
Flat rate billing
In cases where a fee budget can be determined in advance, a package can be offered to the Customer. This is often the case of recurring issues or those who have no particular technical difficulties. It is often the case of recurring issues or those who have no particular technical difficulties.
Time-spent basis billing
In the case of one-off cases, consultations, legal structures, audits or sensitive files, it is not possible to determine in advance the volume of procedures to be performed. Then a time-spent basis billing will be proposed to the Customer.
Contingency fees arrangement
Sometimes it is possible to envisage contingency fees arrangement. Such fees however, are fixed as a complement to initial fees fixed at a flat rate or hourly rate.
